Welcome to Black Grid Automation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from or using our website Black Grid Automation — Custom Control Panel & BMS Experts (“Site”), you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Services

We specialize in the design and manufacture of custom control panels. Each order is built to the exact specifications confirmed by the Customer prior to production.

2. Order Confirmation

Before production begins, Customers are required to review and confirm all specifications (including dimensions, configurations, and components). Once an order is confirmed by the Customer, no further changes can be made.

3. No Refunds, Returns, or Cancellations

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we operate under a strict no-refund, no-return, and no-cancellation policy.

  • Once an order has been confirmed by the Customer, the sale is final.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom-built control panels.

4. Warranty and Defects

This policy does not affect any warranty obligations:

  • If a product is found to be defective due to workmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
  • Claims of defect must be submitted in writing within 5 days of delivery, with supporting documentation.
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modifications by the Customer or third parties is not covered.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Because each control panel is custom-built to order and confirmed by the Customer prior to production, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations under any circumstances.

  • Please ensure that all specifications are correct before confirming your order.
  • Once confirmed, your order cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
  • If you believe your product is defective, please refer to our Warranty and Defects section in the Terms of Service.
